We are looking for an experienced Armed Security Supervisor (CA CCW) to lead details at luxury estates, corporate sites, and high-profile events. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, leadership, and elite protection skills to ensure the safety of clients, properties, and staff in dynamic urban environments.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise security operations for estate, corporate, and EP assignments
Ensure safety and protection of VIP clients, staff, and properties
Coordinate with team members to maintain the highest security standards
Act as a professional representative of our firm at all times
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Current CA BSIS Guard Card
- Valid California CCW
- Current CA BSIS Guard Card
- BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
- BSIS Baton Permit
- Pepper Spray Certification
- CPR, First Aid & AED Certification
- Excellent physical condition
- Pass an extensive background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience
- FAA Remote Pilot License (UAS) is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Professional appearance (no visible tattoos)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing, high-profile environments
