Introduction to 001: Luxury Executive Protection
As the CEO of The World Protection Group, Inc. (WPG) of Beverly Hills, California, I have noticed a troubling trend over the past twenty years in the Protection Industry with high net worth clients. Much too often, these clients lack the understanding between effective and ineffective security.
Many billionaires possess exceptional business expertise, yet do not possess adequate experience in or knowledge of Executive Protection (EP) and security. As a result, they often rely on subpar businesses that have little or no knowledge of EP services, or who recruit employees who do not have formal EP training from an accredited EP Academy, to provide them with their security detail. This is often the case because these individuals seek to minimize the cost for their protection services instead of relying on the quality of service.
In order to counteract this trend, I began to educate these clients on the needs of having quality EP in order to create more value in the long-run as well as elevate my own company’s level of service to a Gold Standard in the Protection Industry. I searched for a service business model that would offer exceptional customer service as well as create the framework for a healthy work culture, ultimately deciding on The Ritz Carlton’s “Exceptional Service Model.” I enrolled in the renowned Ritz Carlton training program and acquired valuable techniques to apply to my own company that reflected the essential values of service. Our corporate office, supervisors, and entire security team at WPG were to follow in the footsteps of the Exceptional Service Model. After consistent, disciplined training, I am proud to say that these values became a part of the DNA of our work culture.
The second phase of development included proper education on how WPG could realize itself as a luxury brand. After graduating from The Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I implemented the most vital components from “The Luxury Strategy” and “Strategic Management of Luxury Businesses.” The Strategic Management of Luxury Businesses is an intensive course done in partnership between Wharton and the Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy, where I studied to create a comprehensive and customized Security Program for high profile individuals. My studies in Milan also included the luxury branding strategies of Porsche, Bulgari, Chopard, Pagani, Tiffany & Co., and Ferrari.
The third phase of my vision was to create the world’s only luxury company in EP and threat management. That company is called “001” and offers unparalleled services in protecting the lifestyles of high net worth individuals by seamlessly embedding security into the lifestyle of our high net worth clients. By utilizing a combination of sophisticated, high-level technology; security systems; and U.S. Trained Level 1 Executive Protection Agents provided by WPG (PPO License # 14509 & PI License #28524), our high net worth clients have the comfort of knowing they have the world’s best in security and physical protection.
001 manages every detail of protection—homes, families, private jets, yachts, business and travel plans, as well as offices. The entire process takes approximately six months from start to finish. After its completion, our client will be safe from any possible threat or safety issue. They will be free to enjoy their lifestyle with the assurance of several impenetrable layers of covert protection.
In order to ensure the greatest level of service, it is our policy to take on a limited number of clients.
I would like to extend an invitation to you directly to contact me about this new extension of WPG. We ensure the highest level of risk analysis, intelligence, security systems, protection, and proactive management of threats in order to protect your lifestyle.
